The Counter Takes Flight at Miami Int'l

 

Grilled pineapple, roasted corn and black bean salsa, country buttermilk ranch dressing, Cuban Mojo sauce, fried plantains, dill pickle chips, and a new breakfast menu are just a few of the many choices available at The Counter Custom Built Burgers at Miami International Airport, which opened on March 3, 2011. 

The premium build-your-own burger restaurant known for offering more than 300,000 possible combinations is now open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in Terminal D at Miami International Airport in partnership with HMSHost Corporation, a world leader in travel dining and shopping.

The CounterMiamiAirportis the first airport location of the build-your-own burger restaurant and first to feature a breakfast menu. Offering custom-built burgers, build-your-own breakfast sandwiches and omelets, an extensive grab-and-go section, full bar, spiked adult milkshakes, and a build-your-own cocktail program, The Counter is a must-stop destination for travelers on the go.

The Counter at Miami Airport features 2,150 square feet of dining space that seats a total of 63 people. A mix of upbeat, top hits provides the soundtrack within the sleek and industrial-designed restaurant.

The laid-back Miami-esque interior is a sleek and contemporary space with artwork that captures the liveliness of the South Beach experience by showcasing photography by Gary Copeland. All artwork displayed at the restaurant is available for sale.

The Counter Custom Built Burgers at Miami International Airport is located post-security in Terminal D between Gates 32-33.
