Since 2003, Daily Juice has been a destination for made-to-order organic juices and smoothies in Austin. The company will expand its presence in the Texas capital with the opening of the newest Daily Juice location at 3300 Bee Cave Road in Westlake Hills.

Daily Juice serves organic, cold press juices and smoothies prepared from fresh vegetables, fruits, and superfoods, as well as highly nutritious grab-and-go foods. Daily Juice provides drinks and products with an emphasis on health and nutrition. Daily Juice is seeking to become a global brand.

Daily Juice uses only the base elements from nature to create drinks that are naturally healthy and detoxifying, incorporating a wide spectrum of nutrient-dense fruits and vegetables across its menu with no ice or dairy fillers. The existing Daily Juice franchises in the Austin area have drawn crowds and generated customer demand.

Keeping up with customer demand because your product has become so popular is a great ‘problem’ to have. The Daily Juice franchise model has proven overwhelmingly successful for us,” says John Martin, Daily Juice co-founder and CEO.

Daily Juice’s customer experience and strong operating system coupled with a rapidly growing and underserved consumer demand for organic juice bar options that are nutritious and competitively priced make it poised for growth in the quick-service restaurant market.

Global Industry Analysts reported that juice consumption recorded strong sales in developed and developing markets in the face of the economic recession. Demand for juices, and fruit juices in particular, continues to rise mainly due to increasing consumer awareness of the health benefits of a balanced diet. The global juices industry reached a worth of almost $84 billion in 2010, after recording yearly growth in excess of two percent for the four preceding years, according to MarketLine.

Martin and his team have ambitious plans for Daily Juice, with a new franchised operational model, refreshed brand, and store format in place.

Earlier this year Daily Juice Group LLC completed its capital raise on a valuation of $5 million in funding from a private equity group. The capital will be used to build a support team at the corporate headquarters, including franchise operations, marketing, and site selection.

The company plans continued franchise expansion through other major metropolitan markets in Texas, such as Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio, before expanding into other prime markets, including California, Florida, and Colorado. Martin expects to have almost 100 juice bar locations open by the end of 2016.

The level of growth we have experienced so far gives me great confidence that these numbers are well within our reach,” Martin adds.
