HyperActive Technologies announced that industry veteran Dan Villas has joined the company as vice president of business development, major accounts, to provide advanced drive-thru and kitchen solutions for the quick-service restaurant industry.

Villas has served the quick-serve market for more than 20 years in a variety of leading sales and account management positions for Panasonic, 3M, Muzak, and MIST Innovations, where he successfully drove innovative, market-specific sales, and marketing strategies.

In his role at HyperActive Technologies, Villas will join the company’s leadership in working directly with the country’s leading quick-serve brands to ensure their adoption of HyperActive Technologies’ products, including HyperView—the industry’s most reliable Order Confirmation Display (OCD) that delivers the lowest cost of ownership—and QTimer, the high-performance drive-thru management system that also has the market’s lowest total cost of ownership.

“Dan’s addition to the team shows the company’s commitment to having the industry’s best talent represent the industry’s most intelligent drive-thru management tools,” says Joe Porfeli, CEO, HyperActive Technologies. “All of us at HyperActive are excited about the opportunity to work alongside Dan as he helps both current and new clients improve their speed of service and profitability.”

Villas currently resides in the Greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area with his family.
