Daphne’s Greek Café today announced plans to expand the company’s chain of restaurants to Washington with the opening of two new restaurant locations. The first restaurant, Daphne’s Greek Express, will be located in the recently renovated Westfield Southcenter and will feature a selection of the restaurant’s most popular items. The Southcenter location is expected to open July 25th.

The second restaurant, Daphne’s Greek Cafe, located at The Landing in Renton, will open in early fall.

Daphne’s Greek Cafe was founded in 1991 and currently has restaurants throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, and Oregon.
