Dog Haus, the SoCal favorite celebrated for its gourmet hot dogs and one-of-a-kind creations, announces a successful first month of franchise sales with 28 restaurants sold. Lured by the brand’s commitment to community and signature Haus dogs, sausages, and burgers tucked inside grilled King’s Hawaiian Rolls, Dog Haus franchisees are slated to open locations across three Southern California counties beginning in January 2014.

The original Dog Haus opened in Pasadena in 2010 when three longtime friends Hagop Giragossian, Quasim Riaz, and André Vener, seized the opportunity to introduce their favorite foods—dogs and sausages—to the community. Using a fast casual format, the team was able to serve the quality ingredients they love while building an authentic, electric environment for their guests. Dog Haus' vocal devotees quickly spurred-on the opening of two additional locations. Soon fans of Dog Haus can expect to find their favorite Haus Dogs, Haus Sausages, 100 percent natural black angus beef burgers, tater tots, and fresh-cut fries at locations throughout the Greater LA Area, Inland Empire, and Orange County, with five restaurants slated for the first quarter of 2014.

"We set out to create a brand that celebrates the fun and quirkiness of the classic hot dog, only kicked-up a few notches with big flavors and quality ingredients," Giragossian says.

"With the support of our new franchisees, we can carry out our dream of growing a national brand and restoring the hot-dog's proper place in the American diet,” Riaz says.

"I'm grateful to begin this new chapter of Dog Haus with two of my closest friends, and add a few more members to our Haus family, too,” Vener adds.

"The team at Dog Haus has built a brand so deeply rooted in friendship, that we are honored to have been welcomed into their family. We're anxious to introduce our local communities to the best-ever hot dogs and invite them into our new Haus,” says franchisee Diana Ramos.

With four franchisees and 28 locations in place, the Dog Haus team continues to carefully consider franchisees.
