DQ Raises $114K for Charity
Free soft-serve ice cream cones added up to big results for Children’s Miracle Network, as Dairy Queen locations nationwide raised more than $114,000 during Free Cone Day. Donations were collected from customers who enjoyed free five-ounce vanilla soft serve cones.
Children’s Miracle Network, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children by raising funds and awareness for 170 children’s hospitals for children afflicted with diseases, injuries, and birth defects of every kind, is Dairy Queen’s national cause partner. Dairy Queen has been a national sponsor of Children’s Miracle Network since 1984, raising more than $50 million during that time.
