Dunkin’ Donuts is recruiting franchisees in North Carolina markets, including Charlotte, Greensboro, Raleigh-Durham, Wilmington, and Winston-Salem. There are 44 Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants located throughout the state.

Dunkin’ Donuts’ development in North Carolina is part of the company’s long-term goal to more than double its footprint of more than 7,000 restaurants in the United States.

To help fuel growth in North Carolina markets, special development incentives are available, which include reduced royalty fees for three years and up to an extra $10,000 in local store marketing for stores that open on time.

"Dunkin' Donuts is looking for qualified candidates with foodservice, operations, and real estate experience to join our team to help expand the brand's footprint in Charlotte, Greensboro, Raleigh-Durham, Wilmington, and Winston-Salem," says Grant Benson, CFE, vice president of franchising and business development, Dunkin' Brands. "Our secret to success is our passionate franchisees, who provide a high level of customer service to our guests everyday.”

In an effort to keep the brand fresh and competitive, Dunkin’ Donuts offers flexible concepts for any real estate format, including free-standing restaurants, end caps, in-line sites, gas and convenience, travel plazas, universities, and other retail environments.

"By joining our team, franchisees become part of a nationally established brand with over 60 years of experience and 95 percent brand recognition,” Benson says. "They also receive the benefits of a multi-million dollar advertising fund in addition to world-class training and ongoing support, among many other benefits."
