Dunkin’ Donuts, America’s favorite all-day, everyday stop for coffee and baked goods, announced the opening of a new restaurant at the Ft. Bliss U.S. Army base in Ft. Bliss, Texas, operated by the Army and Airforce Exchange Service.

With this opening at Ft. Bliss, Dunkin’ Donuts reinforces its commitment to keeping America’s service men and women running by providing delicious and satisfying food and beverages at any time of day. There are approximately 20 Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants on military bases throughout the country, including Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, and Camp Pendleton in San Diego County, California.

The new Dunkin’ Donuts location is open from 5:30 a.m.–10:00 p.m., seven days a week and employs approximately 30 crewmembers.

The restaurant is approximately 1,700 square feet and features comfortable indoor seating for about 20 guests, a large outdoor patio with seating for 16 guests, and complimentary WiFi. For even greater convenience, the restaurant also features a drive-thru.

Guests at the new Ft. Bliss restaurant will find Dunkin’ Donuts’ high-quality, great-tasting beverages that can be enjoyed all day, including freshly brewed hot and iced coffee, lattes, Coolatta frozen beverages, and more.

Guests can also look forward to signature Dunkin’ Donuts menu items such as donuts, bagels, muffins, and breakfast sandwiches, as well as new bakery sandwiches such as Ham & Cheese; Turkey, Cheddar & Bacon; Chicken Salad; and Tuna Salad.

Dunkin’ Donuts’ bakery sandwiches are served oven-toasted and made to order on a French roll, bagel, or croissant.

“We are honored to have the opportunity to serve the people who live, work, and train at the Ft. Bliss military base and look forward to keeping them running on Dunkin’ with our great-tasting coffee and delicious menu items,” says Paul Faust, operations manager for Dunkin’ Donuts. “We’re extremely proud of this new restaurant, as it allows us to provide fresh and convenient food and beverages to those who serve our country every day.”

Dunkin’ Donuts has a long history of honoring America’s service men and women, and has donated approximately 250,000 pounds of coffee to troops in the U.S. and deployed overseas since May 2003.

The company holds a monthly drawing to randomly select at least 50 United States military members to receive one case (24 pounds) of Dunkin’ Donuts coffee.

During the holiday season, Dunkin’ Brands’ corporate employees also send additional pounds of coffee to the troops. In addition, The Dunkin’ Donuts & Baskin-Robbins Community Foundation (DDBRCF), whose mission is to help meet the basic needs of our communities through hunger relief, safety, and children’s health, has a longstanding relationship with the USO (United Service Organizations).

Through this partnership, over the last several years, the DDBRCF has supported the USO in its goal of providing morale, welfare, and recreation-type services to U.S. troops and their families via numerous national and local programs.
