Schlotzsky’s Inc. (Nasdaq:BUNZ) announces the launch of www.bunrun.com. This Web site will provide information about local Bun Run¨ races across the country.

Bun Run races, which are sponsored nationally by Schlotzsky’s Deli franchisees, are popping up all over the country to benefit local charities. In 1999, nine races were held from Florida to Phoenix, and as new races are added each year, details will be provided on the Web site.

The Bun Run originated in Austin, Texas, birthplace of Schlotzsky’s Restaurants, 18 years ago. The Austin Bun Run, sponsored by Schlotzsky’s Deli and Coca-Cola, attracts over 4,000 runners and is one of the largest 5K races in the southwest. The Bun Run Web site features vital statistics about the Austin race, printable and online registration, a course map and information on the first ever Austin Bun Run expo village. The Austin Bun Run benefits the Young Men’s Business League (YMBL) Sunshine Camps for disadvantaged and at-risk youth.
