Einstein Noah Restaurant Group introduced a new premium Honey Smoked Salmon sandwich to kick off the Lenten season. The new Honey Smoked Salmon joins the signature Nova Lox sandwich, which has become a guest favorite at Einstein Bros. Bagels and Noah’s New York Bagels restaurants nationwide. The Honey Smoked Salmon is served on a bagel and topped with a tomato cucumber relish and spread of double-whipped onion and chive shmear.
