El Pollo Loco Thanks Priority Pak for Services

Priority Pak, a fulfillment, direct mail, and printing company based in Arleta, California, has stored, assembled, and shipped promotional marketing, operational, human resources, and training materials for El Pollo Loco for eight years, and the quick serve has thanked Priority Pak for its contribution.

During a recent Leadership Conference held in Palm Springs, Priority Pak was presented with an Award of Excellence from El Pollo Loco for creating plans that support and implement distribution accuracy and cost recovery for the company and it nearly 400 restaurants.

“Priority Pak has been an excellent business partner for us,” says Mark Hardison, vice president of marketing at El Pollo Loco. “Priority Pak understands our needs and provides us with excellent service while identifying cost saving packaging and shipping options that contribute to the success of El Pollo Loco’s marketing programs. It is with great pleasure that we recognize their outstanding contributions.”

In addition to handling the assembly and distribution of marketing modules for El Pollo Loco, Priority Pak provides customer service for all stores and franchisees, daily order fulfillment, marketing point of purchase storage, and billing maintenance of franchise marketing materials. Priority Pak recently embarked on the management of a new store remodeling program for the company.
