RealtyLink LLC is pleased to announce the completion and opening of two Hardee’s restaurants in Montgomery, Alabama.
Paradigm Investment Group, LLC is the tenant for both restaurants, one located on Atlanta Highway and the other one on Ann Street. Hardee’s Food Systems, Inc. has more than 1,900 locations in 30 states. Both Hardee’s opened with strong sales that exceeded expectations.
RealtyLink also completed a 2,093-square-foot Arby’s restaurant in Lithia, Florida, about 20 miles southeast of Tampa. The tenant is Focus Ten of Tampa, Inc. This Arby’s is part of the Publix Shopping Center and opened in May.

RealtyLink finished renovating a 3,972-square-foot Arby’s restaurant located in Crystal River, a fast growing area of Citrus County, about 1 hour north of Tampa. Arby’s was formerly Rax and the new tenant is Focus Ten of Tampa, Inc. The restaurant is scheduled to open any day. With about 26 stores in 3 states, Focus Ten of Tampa is one of the larger franchisees in the Arby’s system. Arby’s is an internationally recognized brand name with over 3,700 locations and $3 billion in sales annually.
