Maui Wowi Hawaiian, an international coffee and smoothie franchise company that has been operating for 31 years, recently hired Sarah Anderson for the marketing manager position as the Colorado-based company sets its sights on further retail expansion. Anderson will provide unparalleled guidance to new and existing franchisees, while working to increase ROI and drive sales through various marketing initiatives and oversight of retail store operations.

“The marketing manager position is one that will be called upon extensively over the course of the next year as we continue to position ourselves as a leader in the beverage retail marketplace,” says Erin Hicks, executive vice president. “Sarah is a great fit for Maui Wowi and her previous professional experience will be of great value to our franchisees.”

Anderson recently worked for Doc Popcorn as the marketing manager, responsible for opening stores, implementing sales programs, and other venue-specific initiatives. Prior to that, Anderson worked as a regional manager for Caribou Coffee in Minneapolis, where she led the charge on several pilot marketing initiatives.

Maui Wowi Hawaiian recently announced it will be opening three new locations in Florida this year and is actively seeking franchisees throughout the country as well as internationally. The company also has locations in the works for New York, Tennessee, and more. A variety of flexible business models are offered that include mobile event carts, catering units, kiosks, and stand-alone café style retail locations.
