Fatburger in Murray Hill, the only Manhattan outpost of the West Coast burger chain, is bringing Buffalo’s Cafe’s quick-serve model, Buffalo’s Express, to New York City. The new Buffalo’s Express, known for its wing varieties, will join forces with Fatburger to be the first cobranded unit on the East Coast.

Buffalo’s Express offers a selection of chicken wings and appetizers, which pair well with the burgers of its sister brand, Fatburger. With 13 sauce selections to choose from, there is an option to satisfy every taste palate. Guest favorites include Honey Garlic, Asian Sesame, and Carolina Fire BBQ. If fans are yearning for some heat, the Death Valley sauce can kick things up a notch.

“The New York Fatburger location has already received such a great response in the area,” says Dennis Riese, chairman and CEO of The Riese Organization. “Since burgers and wings complement each other well, we jumped at the chance to add a Buffalo’s Express to the current Murray Hill location.”

“It was a huge milestone for Fatburger to open a New York location and it seems natural to bring our sister brand into this space,” says Andy Wiederhorn, CEO of Fatburger and Buffalo’s Cafe. “Co-branding has proven to be a successful model for us and we anticipate a bright future for Buffalo’s Express in this bustling Manhattan neighborhood and additional FatBuffs in New York.”
