Fatburger, the West Coast’s iconic hamburger stand, has officially opened its first Manhattan location in the vibrant neighborhood of Murray Hill. The franchisee of the newest location is The Riese Organization, a highly esteemed restaurant management company in New York City with over 70 years of experience in opening and managing operations for chains such as T.G.I. Friday’s and Pizza Hut. Throughout the next few years, they will be a driving force in Fatburger’s growth, launching an additional nine units throughout the New York metropolitan area.
Renowned for its 60 year history of making juicy burgers, Fatburger is sure to quickly become a New York City fan favorite. The burger chain separates itself from the East Coast burger scene by grilling each burger to order and adding its signature combination of toppings, which are strategically layered for the ultimate bite. Topping selections include grilled mushrooms, guacamole, egg, chili, and more. The franchise also caters to the biggest of appetites with the XXXL burger, touting 24 ounces of 100 percent pure, lean beef, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and pickles. Additionally, the fast-casual burger restaurant serves veggie and turkeyburgers, hand-battered onion rings, hand-scooped milkshakes, tasty chili, and both fat and skinny fries.

The new Fatburger will be located at 509 3rd Avenue, New York, NY 10016. The store will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m., seven days a week.
