Orange Sunrise Rotary received a contribution from Fog Cutter Capital Group Inc.’s Fatburger restaurant located at 2318 N. Tustin Ave in Orange, California.

Fatburger teamed with the Rotary several months ago in providing parking lot space for a weekly car show held on Thursday evenings. In addition to hosting the events, Fatburger continues to donate 20 percent of net sales generated during the event periods to support the Rotary Foundation’s worldwide campaign to “End Polio Now.”

“Fatburger’s participation allows us to continue life-saving vaccination programs to eradicate this crippling, deadly virus,” says Rae Shirer, Orange Sunrise Rotary president.

“The car show started with only a handful of cars, but now it has grown to over 200 cars per week,” says Norman Shamsuddin, Fatburger local store manager. “Every week we welcome new and loyal customers.”

This local-store marketing program is one of many efforts the Fatburger marketing team has used to connect with local communities.

“We’re thrilled to help out local charities and organizations in accomplishing their fundraising goals,” says Elaine Patel, vice president of marketing.
