Just in time for the holidays, Fazoli’s is unwrapping an all-new, contemporary look and new, expanded service this week at its Normal, Illinois, restaurant. Last week the Italian quick-service chain introduced its new design and service style in Champaign, Illinois.

Fazoli’s, based in Lexington, Kentucky, acquired the restaurants earlier this year from an independent franchisee. Since then, Fazoli’s has made a significant investment in remodeling the restaurants and adding staff and equipment needed to offer expanded service. Guests will now enjoy meals and unlimited breadsticks delivered to their tables. Traditional plates and silverware have replaced Styrofoam, plastic, and paper.

Remodeled inside and out, guests will experience an all-new, contemporary design. Vibrant colors and bold photos and graphics create a high-energy, family-friendly dining environment. The Normal and Champaign locations are among the first Fazoli’s in the country to offer the new décor and service style.

“It’s exciting to be part of a restaurant chain that is investing in local communities like Normal and Champaign,” says Carl Howard, president and CEO of Fazoli’s. “Whether it’s during the holidays or year-round, families deserve real food they can afford in a fun, friendly environment, and that’s what the new Fazoli’s is all about.”

Along with updating its restaurants, Fazoli’s has overhauled its menu. “Guests who have not visited Fazoli’s in a while will be very impressed with the changes and improvements we have made to our food,” Howard says. “We have created dozens of new items and improved the flavor of long-time favorites, and our entrees and sandwiches are cooked fresh when ordered.” Fazoli’s this month is serving, for a limited time, three new varieties of lasagna: Chicken Pesto, Sausage Italia, and Quattro Formaggi.
