First Atlanta Baja Fresh Opens Its Doors
Baja Fresh Mexican Grill announced the grand opening of its first location in Atlanta. Designed with a contemporary, intimate décor, the new location is perfect for guests searching for table service, carry out, or delivery, in a more upscale environment. The menu features fresh, flavorful, made-to-order tacos, burritos, fajitas, and salads, all prepared with fire-grilled meats and crisp produce. The salsa bar encourages guests to choose from six freshly made salsas. Additionally, the restaurant plans to begin serving margaritas on the rocks. Guests can enjoy the dining area equipped with wooden chairs and tables with Caesar Stone tops, or the mezzanine level overlooking Centennial Olympic Park, which hosts comfortable lounge chairs, televisions, and Wi-Fi.
The new 2,900-square-foot Baja Fresh, located at 250 Park Avenue West NW, Atlanta, is located across the street from the Georgia Aquarium and World of Coke. It is owned and operated by 15-year industry veteran Mayur Raval, who also owns and operates a number of additional concepts
“Baja Fresh has a great brand following, paired with exceptional food quality and flavor,” Raval says. “The restaurant concept brings a new flare to the Downtown Atlanta area, which previously lacked the presence of fresh and bold Mexican cuisine.”
"We welcome Mayur Raval as our premier franchisee in the Atlanta area,” says Baja Fresh president Charles Rink. “The company is thrilled to have a place in the center of Atlanta’s business and tourism sectors. Natural southern hospitality, along with our fresh and flavorful menu, will create a unique experience for residents and tourists alike.”
