First Watch, the breakfast, brunch, and lunch concept, continues its expansion in Maryland with the grand opening of its newest restaurant in Gaithersburg. Located at 802 Muddy Branch Road, the new restaurant occupies an end-cap space within Muddy Branch Square, the Giant Food–anchored center. The restaurant employs approximately 25 people. First Watch has three additional Maryland restaurants in Pikesville, Rockville, and Timonium.

“As a community with a commitment to involvement, neighborliness, and willingness to extend a helping hand, Gaithersburg is the perfect location for First Watch,” says Chris Tomasso, chief marketing officer for First Watch. “We’ve become known for the best breakfast in Rockville, and we’re looking forward to sharing our unique menu offerings and fresh approach to breakfast, brunch, and lunch with Gaithersburg’s foodies and families alike.”

First Watch is recognized for its approach to breakfast, brunch, and lunch and takes pride in its processes, products, and ingredients to deliver craveable dishes. In addition to serving fresh entrées, First Watch offers its exclusive Sunrise Select Premium Blend Coffee. The special blend is made from slow-roasted, hand-selected, high-grown coffee beans from mountains across North, Central, and South America.
