Five Guys Chooses Micros RES For Expansion Plans

MICROS Systems Inc., a leading provider of information technology solutions for the hospitality and retail industries, is pleased to announce that Five Guys Enterprises, LLC, has designated MICROS Restaurant Enterprise Solution as an approved solution for its corporate stores and franchisees on a national level. Five Guys will also deploy MICROS’s mymicros.net, myinventory, and mylabor as its enterprise back-office solution.

Five Guys, winner of numerous awards in cities across the country for its food, requires technology that will complement its keen focus on simple and smooth operations. MICROS RES provides Five Guys with a secure system that focuses on data integrity, easy software deployment, and real-time business intelligence. The intuitive design of the touch screens and remote printer functionality also drive customer satisfaction through kitchen efficiency, while boosting profitability.

The integration of MICROS’s above-store reporting and back office applications provides a flexible system that will support Five Guys’ dedication to customer service. MICROS’s mymicros.net is a comprehensive reporting engine that compiles and organizes typical financial and operational information in easy-to-view online reports. With myinventory, Five Guys can centrally perform daily tasks associated with managing in-store and company-wide inventories including ordering, receiving, inventory counts, and costs.

Mylabor also provides Five Guys with a convenient enterprise employee management application to centrally manage human resource tasks such as time and attendance, labor scheduling, staffing requirements, and even employee self-service functions.
