FONA International, creator and manufacturer of complete flavor solutions for some of the world's leading food, beverage, nutraceutical and pharmaceutical companies, is extremely pleased to announce the appointment of Luke Slawek to the role of president at FONA International. As we wrap up our first 25 years of business, Luke represents a new generation of leaders dedicated to the creation of new opportunities for shared successes with our valued business and community partners.

As president, Luke will continue to lead FONA's international expansion strategy, as well as oversee the organization's efforts to develop new technologies and solutions that provide direct benefits to customers and drive FONA's industry-leading growth rate.

Luke has previously held the role of COO and VP of Business Units and Innovation where he led FONA's efforts in flavor creation, food and beverage applications, marketing, new technologies, sensory, analytical, manufacturing, inventory control, facility maintenance, and planning.

He will continue his active role in the Kane County community, serving as vice chair on the board of directors of the Fox Valley Christian Action organization and member of the chairman's advisory panel for the Kane County Court-Appointed Special Advocates. He is also a member of the Board of Advisors and an officer for FONA International.
