Franklin Machine Products Makes Michael Conte President

Franklin Machine Products Inc. (FMP) is proud to announce the promotion of Michael Conte to president. Through his 24 year tenure with the company, Conte has held the positions of general manager, vice-president, and most recently, executive vice-president and chief operating officer. In his new role, Conte will continue stewardship of the FMP brand, as well as work with his counterparts in the Diversified Foodservice Supply Inc. (DFSI) family of companies to find ways to enhance their offerings to the industry.
Joe Grato, FMP’s president for 13 years, takes on the title of president emeritus and the role of chairman for the FMP business unit, as a part of a planned and orderly succession process. In addition, Grato joins the board of directors for DFSI.
