Freddy’s Opens Doors in Jefferson City, Missouri

The wait is over for Freddy’s fans in Jefferson City, Missouri. Today, the new Freddy’s location will swing open its doors at 2103 Missouri Blvd.

“Our Freddy’s team has been planning, training, and working on this site for several years,” says franchise partner Eric Cole. “We are very excited to open today and we look forward to being a part of the Jefferson City community for many, many years to come.”

The new location in Jefferson City will be quickly followed by openings in Sedalia, Springfield, and Columbia, all slated to open later this year.

With 26 additional Freddy’s locations set to open in 2012 around the country, the concept is quickly gaining momentum in previously uncharted areas of the country.

“We appreciate the communities that welcome Freddy’s and we strive to deliver a great value for their families,” says COO Scott Redler. “Our focus is on fresh, high-quality food served in an atmosphere with full-service hospitality at a quick-service pace,”

A friends and family welcome event was hosted yesterday to give the staff a dress rehearsal.

“We are ready for the rush,” says general manager Eric Miller.
