Located at 1015 N. Boomer Road in Stillwater, Oklahoma, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is proud to announce the opening of its 63rd store today in the home of the Cowboys.

“Freddy’s fits Stillwater,” says franchise partner Mark Thompson. “We are focused on providing the highest-quality steakburgers in an environment that welcomes friends and families to enjoy their meals together. Today’s opening is a culmination of many, many months of planning and working to bring it all together. It is a dream come true!”

The freestanding restaurant is located near Oklahoma State University and next to Stillwater High School. The former building on the property was razed, and Accel Builders completed the all-new Freddy’s facility.

This is the 11th Freddy’s location in Oklahoma. With a total of 25 additional Freddy’s locations set to open around the country in 2012, the concept is growing rapidly with its signature, cooked-to-order meals and freshly churned custard in an environment driven by hospitality.

“At Freddy’s we concentrate on service,” says COO Scott Redler. “We work to provide an enjoyable experience with every meal we serve, and we believe you’ll agree that this is what sets us apart from nearly every other quick-service restaurant.”

A friends and family welcome event was hosted on Monday following three days of in-store training for the new crew. General manager J.T. Mills and his management team trained for weeks in Wichita, Kansas, the home of the explosive concept. A ribbon-cutting event is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Friday, June 22, and Freddy Simon himself will be in attendance.
