Freebirds World Burrito Adds to Executive Team

Freebirds World Burrito has named two new executives.  Dave Coussirat brings his operations expertise as the new director of operations for Texas and Oklahoma.

 

Bonnie El Halta has been hired as director of operations support for Freebirds sytem-wide, a newly created role.

 

With a field background from Taco Bell, Jamba Juice, and Brinker International, Dave Coussirat has been appointed the director of operations for Texas and Oklahoma.

 

Coussirat was most recently the market director for Taco Bell, and before that district manager at Main Event Entertainment.

 

El Halta has a strong background in restaurant operations and training, having worked as director of innovation for Jamba Juice, director of new store concepts at Peet’s Coffee & Tea, and director of operations at Bajio Mexican Grill. Most recently she served as director, non-traditional operations at Pinkberry.
