Downtown Portland, Oregon, is set to experience Freshii’s fully customizable menu with sustainably grown ingredients and planet-friendly atmosphere. The first of five locations has been planned for the area, marking an entrance into the Pacific Northwest.
Freshii is being launched in Portland by a group of local entrepreneurs led by Robert Fulton, former CEO and founder of R&H Construction Co.
“Freshii is the future of fast, healthy, and great-tasting food that is a natural in Portland,” Fulton says. “The company is also committed to its green initiative which includes the full range of recyclable utensils, paper products, and building materials.” Fulton expects to have the first Freshii open by next spring.
