Freshii Kicks Off New Spring Menu
Freshii, a build-your-own salads, soups, burritos, and rice bowls concept, is celebrating spring with a fresh, vibrant seasonal menu and taking a stand by eliminating excess packaging and heavy energy consumption.
The chian will introduce new menu items, including: a Santa Fe Salad with roasted chicken breast, avocado, feta, and cranberries; a Sprouter Bowl with grilled tofu, crunchy cucumbers, fresh spinach, and warm brown rice; a Buffalo Chicken Wrap with cool bleu cheese dressing and crisp carrots and celery; and a Trail Mix Froyo, featuring sweet dried cranberries and chopped walnuts atop frozen yogurt and sprinkled with cinnamon.
Freshii’s spring meals are customizable to be as healthy as one wants and are always served with and in earth-friendly wares. The bowls, straws, cutlery, and fountain cups are also biodegrade because they are made from earth-born vegetable starches, like corn or potatoes.
Freshii will also use all-natural, custom-made mixing bags that are not only 100 percent biodegradable, but also preserve water resources. Freshii bags also move the line faster and decrease the risk of cross-contamination.
