Fro.Zen.Yo has announced that it has signed on a new development agent franchise partner in San Juan, Puerto Rico. They will be opening a location in San Juan this year followed by many new locations over time.

Development Agents (DAs) are awarded exclusive territory rights to develop their own Fro.Zen.Yo franchises and to sub-franchise to other franchisees that want to develop single unit or multi-unit areas.

This program is desirable because it enables DAs to generate cash flows from their own franchise operations while also generating franchise fee and royalty income from franchisees that operate Fro.Zen.Yo locations within their territory.

The new company, Salo Enterprise Corp, is headed by Cristina Salib and Felix Lopez. They own a civil engineering and architecture company in San Juan that will provide support during the architectural and construction phases of Fro.Zen.Yo store build outs.

“Our experience will be an advantage to all Fro.Zen.Yo franchisees that partner with us to develop locations in San Juan and around the island of Puerto Rico,” says Cristina.

Felix adds, “We are very excited to bring Fro.Zen.Yo to Puerto Rico.  We believe Fro.Zen.Yo has the best tasting product we’ve ever tried and also offers the widest flavor variety that Puerto Ricans will love.”

Salo Enterprises Corp will assist new franchisees in their territory with real estate, store construction, grand opening support, and ongoing operational and marketing support in addition to other franchise-related services. These support services are closely monitored and supported by Fro.Zen.Yo corporate to ensure that both DAs and their sub-franchisees have world-class franchise operations.

The Fro.Zen.Yo concept was created by a management team that brings decades of restaurant and retail experience to the table and is based on a self-serve a la carte format. Recently recognized in Washingtonian Magazine as the Best Frozen Yogurt/Ice Cream, the first Fro.Zen.Yo opened in Washington, D.C. to positive reviews and long lines of frozen yogurt lovers. Fro.Zen.Yo has since established a year-round business model by co-branding with Zombie Coffee, a coffee concept developed by Fro.Zen.Yo’s founders. Currently, Fro.Zen.Yo has many locations open on the East Coast and is expanding into Boston, Puerto Rico, and has worldwide growth ambitions. For franchise details visit Fro.Zen.Yo.

Fro.Zen.Yo is a franchise that is actively being developed with Franchise Freeway. Franchise Freeway was founded under the leadership of Mike Halpern and is responsible for the successful launch of worldwide, franchised brands.
