Fuddruckers, home of the "World's Greatest Hamburgers," announced the opening of the newest Puerto Rico location in Carolina.

Under the direction of franchisee Max Olivera of Puerto Rico-based Caribbean Investment Group, Corp., the restaurant serves as a relocation of the Fuddruckers previously located at Los Colobos Shopping Center. It also represents a dual-concept space for the franchisee with its Uno Chicago Grill.

Including the recently debuted store in Mayaguez and the upcoming relocation of the Condado restaurant, Fuddruckers will have five restaurants throughout Puerto Rico.

"We appreciate the efforts of Caribbean Investment Group, Corp. to continue elevating the guest experience in Carolina, and we are pleased that customers now have a more convenient and attractive, new location to enjoy our premium fast-casual fare," says Peter Tropoli, COO.

Puerto Rican diners can enjoy a regionally inspired Boriqua Burger made with amarillos (sweet plantain), which they can then customize at the legendary Build Your Own produce bar, offering an array of fixings, including sun-ripened tomatoes, lettuce, sliced onions, dill pickles, pico de gallo, and Fuddruckers cheese sauce.
