Fuzzy's Taco Shop Celebrates National Salad Month

May is National Salad Month, and tocelebrate, beginning today, the 79 Fuzzy's Taco Shops nationwide are featuring a special entree salad for spring: the Shredded Chicken Salad, with a choice of two new dressings, a Cilantro-Lime Vinaigrette or a Creamy Sriracha.

Priced from $5.49 to $7.19 (varies by location), the hand-tossed salad features seasoned, shredded chicken that's been marinated and slow cooked, topped with tomatoes, onions, shredded cheese, Feta crumbles, cilantro, and corn tortilla strips on a fresh bed of romaine and iceberg lettuce, cabbage, and carrots.

This entree salad joins six others on the menu, whose ingredients are all cooked, chopped, sliced, and grated fresh every day in every location, including the Tempura Shrimp Salad, and the Beef Fajita Salad.

Fort Worth-based Fuzzy's Taco Shop, the award-winning, fast-casual Baja-style Mexican restaurant franchise famous for its addictive Baja soft tacos and breakfast served all day, has new locations coming soon in Florida and Iowa.
