Garbanzo Helps Feed More than 4,000 Hungry People

Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill, a Colorado-based fast-casual restaurant concept, recently provided nonprofit Denver Peanut Butter Plan the largest food donation the organization has received to date.
The contribution is enough peanut butter and jelly to feed more than 4,000 people.
Denver Peanut Butter Plan, founded in October 2011, is a local nonprofit group that operates behind the sole mission of providing as many peanut butter and jelly sandwiches as possible to area individuals struggling with hunger and poverty.
“Denver Peanut Butter Plan is a group I have admired since their inception,” says Alon Mor, Garbanzo founder, president, and CEO. “We are honored to support their efforts in feeding the hungry and impoverished in our community.”
Zev Barnett, Denver Peanut Butter Plan founder, says, “This donation will go a long way in helping feed close to 4,500 people in the Denver area. We are so grateful for Garbanzo and their desire to be a part of this growing cause.”
