Garbanzo Rings In 10th Colorado Location

Denver-based Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill, a fast-casual restaurant concept offering authentic Mediterranean cuisine, announced the grand opening of its 10th Colorado location, which is in the Lincoln Commons retail district of Lone Tree. The new store opens July 16.

The Lincoln Commons store joins nine other Colorado locations in Highlands, Greenwood Village, Denver, Aurora, Littleton, Park Meadows, Highlands Ranch, Glendale, and Colorado Springs. Garbanzo plans to end the year with 15 total Colorado locations.

“Opening our 10th Colorado location is a huge milestone and one we’re extremely proud of,” says Alon Mor, Garbanzo founder. “We feel Garbanzo is an ideal addition to the rapidly growing Lincoln Commons retail district, and we’re very excited to be a part of the community and provide its residents with our fresh, healthy and authentic Mediterranean concept.”
