Giardino Gourmet Salads, the fast casual salad concept founded in Miami in 2004, launches its new catering program to the public. Typically known for signature, gourmet salads, the catering program boasts a variety of menu options including wraps, boccata sandwiches, lunch boxes, and more. With pricing starting at as low as $7 per person, the company has also developed three new catering packages that make it easier for customers to choose what to order.

We’re thrilled to introduce our new catering program to our customers,” says Ody Lugo, co-founder, board member and co-owner of Giardino Coral Gables. “Catering has always been an important part of our business and now more than ever, we’re pleased to offer it in a simpler, more digestible way for professional and social events.”

The new packages are:

·Party Menu (for up to 10 people) – Choice of salad with 16 half wraps

·Reunion Menu (for up to 20 people) – Choice of salad with 30 half wraps

·Celebration Menu (for up to 30 people) – Choice of salad with 40 half wraps

Orders can still be customized with gourmet sides, homemade mixed salads by the pound, and desserts. In addition, Giardino is offering lunch boxes for the first time. There are five varieties that include half wraps, full wraps, and boccata sandwiches with a side of veggie chips, a garden salad, or cookie.

Orders can be placed by calling a Giardino Gourmet Salads location. Orders may be made with as little as 24 hours advance notice and delivery is available for an additional fee.
