Giardino Gourmet Salads, a fast-casual concept in South Florida, announced it has experienced nine consecutive quarters of positive comparable sales after posting an 8 percent increase throughout the first quarter of 2014.

“Giardino Gourmet Salads’ nine consecutive quarters of positive same-store sales increases is a true testament to the strength of our growing brand,” says Kenny Lugo, founder and director of franchise development at Giardino Gourmet Salads. “Our success is directly related to consumers’ increasing desire to live a healthier lifestyle and our franchisees continually delivering a superior customer experience.”

The company recently introduced grain bowls to their menu of signature salads, garden wraps, soups, boccata sandwiches, and a wide assortment of croutons baked daily. Grain Bowls combine warm quinoa, brown rice, or jasmine rice with a wide variety of toppings and dressings. In addition to The Gardener, La Fiesta, and Wok Grain Bowls, guests can also enjoy a My Way Bowl that can be customized using any toppings or signature salad combinations on the menu. The grain bowl combinations may also be ordered in a wrap, and a scoop of grains can be added to any salad as a topping.
