Give Dickey's Catering Hotline a Buzz

Dickey's Barbecue Pit, the largest quick-serve barbecue chain in the country, is revolutionizing its catering with one national catering hotline.

"With the kickoff of our National Catering Hotline, customers will be able to get catering information and place orders easier and faster than ever! They get to speak directly with our live catering experts who are waiting to answer questions, customize orders, and be there to professionally recommend service, style, and options," says Michelle Sarlls, the corporate catering manager.

The catering service ranges from personal box lunches to full-service buffet catering for any size. Dickey's catering experts will assist you with any of the available catering options and answer any questions.

"Our goal is to increase each store's catering sales by $800 per day and 1-866-BARBECUE will help make that goal possible," President of Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, Roland Dickey, Jr., says.

Dickey's will continue expanding with 60 new locations set to open before the end of the year, and the catering hotline will take catering orders for any franchise location from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily with an answering service ongoing 24 hours a day.

"Dickey's Barbecue Pit is the No. 1 barbecue catering service and has been for years. With our rapid expansion and our projected store openings this year, our brand is quickly becoming a household name across the nation," Sarlls says.
