Globe Food Equipment Company introduced its Patty Press burger mold. Designed to quickly and easily shape uniform burgers with a single press of the handle, Globe’s Patty Press is available in two sizes to consistently create 4- or 5-inch diameter patties. An optional accessory kit adds menu versatility by converting press size. Operators can eliminate the use of pre-packaged patties and create their own specialty burgers.
Standard equipment includes patty press base, top press plate and knob, 5- or 4-inch diameter press dish, paper divider holder, and starter pack of 500 paper dividers. The product has an anodized aluminum base, compact footprint, and ergonomic design.
The press pan, press plate, and paper holder disassemble from the basefor easy cleaning and sanitizing. The compact design saves on counter space and unit easily stores in a cabinet.
