Green Burrito Puts More Crunch Into Lunch

Snacking is getting a little noisier thanks to the addition of crispy Chicken Taquitos to the Green Burrito menu at Carl’s Jr.

The crunchy Mexican favorite features flavorful, charbroiled chicken rolled into a tortilla and fried crisp, topped with creamy avocado-cilantro sauce and shredded Cheddar-Jack cheese.

Chicken Taquitos are available at all dual-branded Carl’s Jr./Green Burrito restaurants.

“We’re answering the call for the crunch,” says John Koncki, director of product development at Carl’s Jr. “With flavorful chicken, cool and creamy cilantro-spiked avocado sauce, and Cheddar-Jack cheese, it’s a whole lot of authentic Mexican flavor all rolled up in a fresh, fun-to-eat, crunchy taquito.”

Chicken Taquitos are available in three-piece and five-piece sizes for $2.69 and $4.59, respectively.

Chicken Taquitos are also available as combos with chips or fries and a soft drink. Prices may vary by location. Guacamole is available for an additional charge.
