The Live Lightly Tour is making a stop at the Kahala headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, on Tuesday, April 29 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and all-green minded individuals are encouraged to attend.

The Live Lightly Tour is the expedition of Matt, Sara, and their 4-year old daughter, Bella, who are traveling around the U.S. in a “green” RV fueled by veggie oil while educating others about living simply and sustainability.

The Janssens will conduct a public open house outside the Kahala headquarters allowing people to take a peek into their green RV, which features bamboo flooring, low-VOC paint, sunflower seed counter tops, solar power and more.

Kahala brands will support the event in a variety of ways. Great Steak & Potato Co., Ranch 1 and TacoTime will donate waste veggie oil. Meanwhile, Cold Stone Creamery, Cereality, and Blimpie will provide free samples to attendees while supplies last. Best of all, donations will be accepted for the company’s national philanthropic partner, the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Those interested in participating should contact Jami Clark of Kahala Corp at 480.362.4956 or jclark@kahalacorp.com.
