Häagen-Dazs Asks Fans to Shake Things Up

Häagen-Dazs Shops, known for its super premium, all-natural ice cream, has announced that it is turning to its 35,000-plus Facebook fan base for help in determining which one of its three new specialty shakes should become a permanent addition to the menu.

Through July, Häagen-Dazs locations nationwide will be testing new specialty shakes such as Cookies & Cream, Caramel Cone, and Java Chip and encouraging customers to visit the Häagen-Dazs Shops’ Facebook fan page, facebook.com/haagendazsshops, to vote on their favorite flavor. The shake that receives the most ‘Like’ votes will become a permanent staple on the Häagen-Dazs Shops’ menu.
“We are shaking things up with some new, delectable treats to cool customers down during the hot summer months,” says Dawn Uremovich, president of Häagen-Dazs Shops. “Häagen-Dazs truly values the opinions of our guests and we look forward to seeing what shake hits the biggest homerun with our fans.”
 
Häagen-Dazs Shops uses only the world’s purest and finest ingredients to craft innovative frozen desserts that include distinctive, all-natural flavors. The trio of new shakes include:
  • Cookies & Cream Shake – Made with Cookies & Cream ice cream and topped with crushed chocolate cookies and whipped cream.
  • Caramel Cone Shake – Features Caramel Cone ice cream topped with caramel drizzle, waffle cone pieces, and whipped cream.
  • Java Chip Shake – Java Chip ice cream hits the spot with hot fudge drizzle and whipped cream.
In addition to its signature irresistible ice cream creations, the internationally recognized brand offers a unique selection of sorbets, frozen yogurts, frozen beverages, and a variety of indulgent frozen desserts including Brownies á la Mode Sundae and Dazzler ice cream treats.
