Health Express USA will switch to Pierre Foods for its sirloin burger and turkey burger selections in its Healthy Bites Grill restaurants.

Health Express CEO Doug Baker said in a statement, "The move to Pierre Foods products, including the Black Angus sirloin burger and turkey burger, upgrades our product quality and portion size, while also providing a lower fat content and enhancing the flavor. We are pleased to have selected Pierre Foods as the provider of primary meats for our restaurants. The selection of Pierre Foods is another example of the high standard we have set for Healthy Bites Grill in terms of the quality and freshness of our products."
