How Do You Roll?, the custom sushi shop, has brought back its popular “California Dreamin’” promotion for the month of October. 

With fall in full swing, the promotion offers sushi fans the opportunity to warm up with a classic California roll and miso soup for $5 while dreaming about sunnier days.

“We had a great response to ‘California Dreamin’’ last year and expect to build on its success again this October,” says Yuen Yung, CEO. “With our newer markets, we hope that the promotion also encourages people to check us out.”

Made with cucumber, avocado, and crabstick, the California roll often is considered an introductory roll to sushi newcomers. Customers can also swap out a traditional seaweed wrap for a soy wrap for just $1 more.

How Do You Roll? offers other hot menu items like green tea, edamame, and rice bowls that are great for the cooler months ahead.

“People tend to associate sushi with summer or warmer months,” Yung says. “We want to remind people that sushi is great year round, especially paired with a hot appetizer.”
