Hunger Getting Smashed In May

In honor of National Burger Month, fast-casual restaurant Smashburger and Coca-Cola are smashing out hunger city by city across the nation. Every Smashburger location is partnering with a local food bank in support of its community’s efforts to end hunger. Smashburger fans are encouraged to bring nonperishable food to their nearest Smashburger location. Coca-Cola will then match contributions with monetary support to further aid those in need.

“We look forward to partnering with Coca-Cola and burger lovers to make a significant contribution to food banks across the country,” says Smashburger founder Tom Ryan. “Together we will help those most in need and help smash out hunger across the U.S.”
