The second of eight Jimmy’s Egg locations planned for the Tulsa market has opened at southeast 71st and Garnett in the Kenosha Corner Shopping Center. Jimmy’s Egg brings Broken Arrow residents the opportunity to enjoy full cups of coffee, delicious omelettes, and fresh-baked breads served by an attentive staff.

Franchise owner Ken Burke will oversee the new restaurant, and it will be open seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. “Our Jimmy’s Egg restaurant provides a warm, friendly atmosphere, and we are excited to offer a great value for breakfast and lunch to the Broken Arrow community,” Burke says.

Jimmy’s Egg serves breakfast all day; lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Breakfast menu offerings include the popular garbage breakfast, biscuit debris, eggs Benedict, French toast, Belgian waffles, and hot-off-the-griddle blueberry, granola, and banana pecan pancakes. Lunch offerings include fresh salads, juicy burgers, Ground Sirloin and Chicken Fried Steak.
