Izzo’s Illegal Burrito, the Louisiana-based restaurant concept specializing in Roll Your Own burritos and other Mexican specialties, today launched a new mobile and online ordering experience for guests powered by leading digital ordering platform, Olo. Available via web and mobile app at Apple’s App Store and Google Play, the new ordering program allows guests to order and pay ahead, then Skip the Line at pickup in just a few simple steps.

Known for its Roll Your Own options including burritos, tacos, bowls, nachos, quesadillas, and salads filled with high quality meats and fresh ingredients, Izzo’s new digital storefront expands its commitment to providing fast and friendly service for guests looking to eat outside the restaurant.

The new Group Ordering functionality further streamlines the experience for Izzo’s guests placing larger orders whether they are feeding the family, office, or small groups. Olo’s technology alleviates store managers who previously took orders by phone, creating a better hospitality experience for guests.

“We are excited to introduce our new digital ordering platform which allows us to continue focusing on ‘Rolling a better burrito’ while providing an added convenience to our valued guests,” says Ozzie Fernandez, Izzo’s owner and co-founder.

“Izzo’s is known for exceptionally fresh and flavorful burritos which has resulted in a strong following of passionate fans and often long lines,” says Noah Glass, founder and CEO of Olo. “Through Olo’s platform, we look forward to helping restaurants expedite digital orders and give loyal guests more control of the time and pace of their experience.”

Izzo’s digital ordering platform is now up and running, powering 15 of the restaurant chain’s locations in Louisiana and Mississippi.
