Jack in the Box has added an Acapulco Chicken Salad to its menu. The salad is a blend of romaine and spring mix lettuce topped with grilled chicken, shredded pepper jack cheese, grape tomatoes, cucumber slices, and red onions. It is served with a side of blue corn tortilla strips and cilantro-lime dressing. The salad also comes with lime wedges, for guests who would like to add some extra zing.

“Ethnic cuisines, particularly Latin flavors, are becoming more popular with American consumers,” said Teka O’Rourke, director of menu marketing and promotions for Jack in the Box. “With lime and cilantro, our Acapulco Chicken Salad offers a unique, sophisticated taste that’s rare in the quick-serve industry.”

The new addition is the latest in Jack’s line of entree salads. Suggested price is $4.89.
