Beginning today, Jack in the Box® restaurants is tossing a Chicken Caesar Salad into its menu mix. Featuring romaine lettuce topped with diced chicken and Parmesan cheese, and served with a side of seasoned croutons and Caesar dressing, Jack in the Box’s Caesar offers the cheesy tang of the original, minus the raw eggs and anchovies.

“The Caesar never goes out of style or demand,” said Michelle Vespa, director of menu marketing for Jack in the Box. “To appeal to true Caesar fans, our Chicken Caesar uses real Parmesan cheese and only romaine lettuce. It’s a very high-quality salad you wouldn’t expect from a quick-serve restaurant.”

Jack’s Chicken Caesar Salad is the latest addition to Jack’s Ultimate Salads, the quick-serve chain’s successful line of entrée salads that also features Asian Chicken, Southwest Chicken and Chicken Club. The Chicken Caesar Salad is available for a suggested price of $4.89, excluding tax, at all participating Jack in the Box restaurants.
