Jamba Juice Celebrates New Food Items in Chicago

Jamba Juice is celebrating the Chicago debut of its new menu of wraps, salads, flatbreads, and fruit tea infusions with a lunchtime giveaway at three area stores. Beginning midday today to meet the lunch-hour rush, team members outside of the State & Randolph, Madison & Wells, and West Jackson Jamba Juice locations will be passing out a selection of Jamba’s wraps, salads, and sandwiches to busy Chicagoans. The company will serve approximately 500 meals across the three locations on a first-come, first-serve basis in support of the promotion.

Available at 18 Chicago-area stores and 300 locations across the system, Jamba Juice’s new food menu offers its new Grab-n-Go food, California Flatbreads, and Fruit Tea Infusions designed to meet customer demand for food that supports a healthy lifestyle.

“With this week’s launch of our food menu in Chicago we thought it was the perfect time to give Chicagoans a delicious lunch on Jamba,” says Kim Larson, vice president of marketing at Jamba Juice Company. “We are committed to providing our customers food served fast they won’t feel guilty about eating and are excited to offer them a chance to try out some of our great new food items at today’s event.”

The Grab-n-Go food selection consists of four different wraps, including an Asian Style Chicken Wrap, Chimichurri Chicken, Greek Goodness (which is vegetarian), and the Greens and Grains Wrap (which is vegan). Jamba will also offer a Gobble'licious turkey sandwich and two salads: Caesar the Day! and Ginger Soy Salad Joy.

The California Flatbreads will come in four different flavors including Four Cheesy, Smokehouse Chicken, Tomo Artichoko, and MediterraneYUM.

In addition to the introduction of food, Jamba Juice is extending their drink offerings with the launch of Fruit Tea Infusions, an infusion of organic green tea and natural fruit juices served over crushed ice. The Fruit Tea Infusions are made with all-natural ingredients and natural fruit juices, contain no high fructose corn syrup, and are a good source of Vitamin C. With a whole serving of fruit and 160 calories in a 16-ounce serving, the drinks come in Pomegranate, Passion Fruit, and Prickly Pear.
