KDM P.O.P. Solutions Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of a full-service, print production facility in Cleveland, Ohio. KDM adds four large format litho presses, capable of producing point-of-purchase materials up to 54” x 78”, to their already substantial offset printing solutions.

The 40,000 square foot location specializes in printing on plastics, in-house finishing, kit-packing, and delivering customized POP materials to several retail industry markets, including consumer packaged goods, quick serve restaurants, beverage companies, convenience stores, and aftermarket automotive retailers. The addition of four litho printing technologies include: 78” 7-color, 77” 5-color, 60” 7-color, and a 60” 6-color press.

“Our new KDM Cleveland facility will substantially increase our capacity, our productivity, and expedite speed to market on large production runs, as well as create further opportunities to foster growth of product offerings to our customers,” says Bob Kissel, president and CEO of KDM P.O.P. Solutions Group. “We will retain its current location, structure, and 20 employees, as well as its valued customers.”

The acquisition is one of five company acquisitions made by KDM in the past seven years, giving them a physical footprint in Cincinnati, Nashville, Atlanta, and now Cleveland. Details of the deal were not disclosed.
