Residents of Gilbert, Arizona, are about to have another opportunity to wake to the smell, warmth, and comfort of freshly baked bread. Kneaders Bakery & Café, a fast-casual restaurant and retail shop, will open its newest location at 2910 S. San Tan Village on Friday, January 10. The first 100 customers will receive free French toast as part of the grand opening festivities. Regular hours of operation will be Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

“We look forward to opening our second location in Gilbert,” says Andrew Smith, Kneaders master franchisee. “Our goal is to provide an experience where the atmosphere is comfortable, the food is fresh, and customers feel cared for. The community really embraced us with our first location, and we’re looking forward to serving them at our new restaurant in San Tan Village.”

Daniel Hernandez is the owner and operator for the new location. He says he looks forward to opening the company’s second location in the greater Phoenix area and fourth location in Arizona.

“We’ve had tremendous growth over the past couple years, and I attribute that to our dedication to using only the highest-quality ingredients and consistently providing excellent customer service,” says James Worthington, CEO of Kneaders. “I think Daniel will do an excellent job at upholding our high standards at this new location.”
