For some underserved children across the country, the holidays will be just a little bit sweeter because of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Inc. continuous partnership with the 13th Annual “Today Show Toy Drive.”

“Krispy Kreme has been a proud partner of the Today Show Holiday Toy Drive for many years and we’re excited to continue this holiday tradition,” says Daryl Brewster, president and chief executive officer of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Inc. “This season we are asking our customers to reach out to help children everywhere celebrate the holidays, and we’ll provide a special treat in return for their donation.”

Starting on Monday, November 20 customers can visit participating Krispy Kreme store locations to drop off new and unused toys. The toy drive continues until Sunday, December 3. And, for every toy donation, Krispy Kreme will give customers a coupon for one free Original Glazed doughnut and a small cup of Krispy Kreme coffee for their next visit as special thanks for contributing to the toy drive.

Last holiday season, the “Today Show Toy Drive” provided $36 million worth of toys, books, games, clothing, and other suitable gifts to more than three million children in 210 organizations in all 50 U.S. states.

All toys collected at Krispy Kreme stores will be donated to Boys & Girls Club of America chapters for distribution within local communities. The “Today Show Toy Drive” is a project of the Today Show Charitable Foundation, Inc., a 501c3 non-profit organization. All donations are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law.
